Welcome to Beepbeep.ie. This Website (“the Site”) is owned and operated by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI).  For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to the SIMI.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and by accessing and using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use.

1. Changes to these Terms and Conditions.  
   We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to such Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Status.
   All vehicles advertised for sale on the Site are supplied by third parties (“Third Party Suppliers”). Any contracts which you enter into with Third Party Suppliers are between you and the Third Party Supplier and we do not make any warranty about the vehicles. Any claim you may have in respect of the sale of any vehicle advertised on the Site is with the relevant Third Party Supplier and not our responsibility.
   
   Orders for vehicles cannot be made through the Site and must be made directly with the Third Party Supplier.
3. Your Contract with the Third Party Supplier.
   The contract for the sale or supply of vehicles advertised on the Site is between you and the Third Party Supplier and is subject to the terms of the Third Party Supplier. These will be notified directly to you by the Third Party Supplier.
4. Content of Advertisements by Third Party Suppliers.
   Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information that constitutes part of the content of advertisements by Third Party Suppliers on the Site are those of the respective authors or producers and not of the Site, the SIMI or its shareholders, directors, officers or employees.  
5. Prices.
   The prices of vehicles advertised on the Site are inclusive of Value Added Tax. (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
6. Our Liability and Disclaimer.  
   To the extent permitted by law, we provide the Site without any warranties or guarantees.  In particular we do not warrant that the Site or any of its contents are virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect, as we will accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which is destructive to property. Although we do our best to provide constant uninterrupted access to the Site we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay. The Site provides content from other sources and while we try to ensure that material included on the Site is correct and that the vehicles advertised on the Site are of good quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case and as stated above we disclaim all liability in respect of vehicles advertised by Third Party Suppliers. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the Third Party Supplier.
   
   To the full extent allowed by law, you agree that we will not be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or related to the Site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude our liability or for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
7. Data Protection
   All information received by us from your use of this Site will be used in accordance with the SIMI’s privacy policy. We respect the value of personal information provided by you and will only authorise transfer  of this information to the software host of the Site in order to facilitate your use of the Site.
8. Use of Material on the Site
   For the purposes of this agreement, "material" includes, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the Site. You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Site. You must not reproduce any part of the Site or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.
9. Third Party Advertising on the Site.
   You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on the Site. Individual advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising material, which they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation. We accept no responsibly for the content of advertising material including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy.
10. Links to Third Party Websites.
    The Site contains links to third party websites. Your use of third party websites is subject to the Terms and Conditions of use contained within each of those websites.  Access to any other websites through the Site is at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of any information, data, opinions, statements made on these websites or the security of any link or communication with those websites. We reserve the right to terminate a link to a third party website at any time.    The fact that we provide a link to a third party website does not mean that we endorse, authorise or sponsor that website, nor does it mean that we are affiliated with the third party websites, owners or sponsors. We provide these links merely as a convenience for those who use the Site.
11. Indemnity.
    You will agreed to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the SIMI, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting whether directly or indirectly from your use of the Site or your breach of the terms of this agreement. We shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit or proceedings and shall assist you at your expense in defending any such claim, suit or proceedings.
12. Governing Law.
    The Terms and Conditions will be governed by Irish law. Any dispute in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
