Volvo Car Ireland announces pricing & specification updates for the new model year.

Volvo Car Ireland has announced new pricing and specification details for the new 
model year on July 1 st 
The all-electric Volvo EX40 & EC40 now have a new starting price of €48,990, 
representing a price reduction of €3,255 from the previous model year.  As the 
electric space continues to grow in Ireland, this new price point provides a more 
competitive offering to Volvo customers as demand increases for electric cars.  This 
comes at a time when Volvo Car Ireland relaunches is bestselling model, the Volvo 
XC60.  
 
EX40 & EC40 
 New starting price of Volvo EX40 & EC40: €48,990 (a €3,255 reduction) 
 New exterior colours: Aurora Silver, Forest Lake & Denim Blue 
 New Black Edition exterior colours: Crystal White, Denim Blue and Vapour 
Grey. 
 Both EC40 & EX40 come with PCP finance of 1.95% 
 Now available to order for July delivery.  
 
Refreshed XC60 
 Starting price of refreshed XC60 plug-in hybrid: €67,145 
 New exterior colours: Mulberry red, Aurora Silver and Forest Lake  
 New Black Edition exterior colours: Crystal White, Denim Blue and Vapour 
Grey. 
 Refreshed XC60 comes with PCP finance of 3.95% 
 Now available to order for July delivery.  
 
 
The EC40 and EX40 are as compelling as ever, with Google built-in and smart 
interior storage, each offering an electric range of up to 576 kilometres and 569 
kilometres respectively. New exterior colours include Aurora Silver, Forest Lake & 
Denim Blue.  
 
Earlier this year, Volvo Car Ireland announced that the XC60 would receive a 
significant refresh, featuring key updates in user experience, design and comfort 
along with a faster and more responsive infotainment system. Order books are now 
open for the XC60 plug-in hybrid, with a starting price of €67,145. 
 
The exterior of the refreshed XC60 brings a more contemporary look to the premium 
five-seater. The new air intake, with Volvo Cars’ iconic iron mark, reflects the recent 
updates to the XC90. The refreshed XC60 also comes with new wheel options and 
darker rear lights. The new model year introduces two new colours: Forest Lake and 
Aurora Silver, both available on the refreshed XC60. In addition, Mulberry Red will 
be available on the XC60 for the first time. 
 
Following the successful launch of the Black Edition EX40/EC40 and XC60, Volvo 
Car Ireland have now expanded the Black Edition offering on each of these models to 
include new exterior colours options other than the traditional Onyx Black, these 
include Crystal White, Denim Blue and Vapour Grey. The Black Edition models 

include high gloss black badging, 20-inch five-spoke alloys in high gloss and a 
microtech charcoal interior.
