Peugeot release Seven Seat Full-Electric and Petrol Hybrid 5008

Anyone looking for a seven-seater can now include the new Peugeot 5008, which 
Peugeot Ireland haver just released from captivity. Customers can choose between a 
hybrid powertrain or the all-electric version with up to 502 (WLTP) kilometres of 
range, at the same starting price of €50,995, including SEAI grant. 
This new 5008 wears its Peugeot lineage with distinction, capturing eyes on the 
roadway or carpark, due to its profile, high beltline, and gloss black accents, 
Customers choosing the GT trims get; 
 Pixel LED headlights with adaptive brightness 
 Three-claw LED daytime running lights 
 3D LED rear lights 
 Available in six colours 
 Black Diamond roof and 
 Rear spoiler 
The new 5008 is available with either 19-inch or 20-inch alloy wheels 
Peugeot Panoramic i-Cockpit 
Peugeot’s Panoramic i-Cockpit is standard across all versions, This raised head-up 
display and large central touchscreen have been integrated into a single curved 21- 
inch, panoramic screen. Below the screen is a configurable virtual i-Toggle display, 
which can be used to set up to ten shortcuts. 
All versions of the 5008 come with Peugeot’s i-Connect Advanced infotainment 
system, offering complete connectivity thanks to 3D connected navigation with over- 
the-air map updates, in addition to wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto 
compatibility and natural voice recognition. 
Seven Seats – Easy and Cool 
All 5008 models include seven seats as standard, with easy access to the last row of 
seats thanks to a sliding and tilting second row with reclining backrests. The second- 
row seats slide and tilt in a 60/40 configuration, however they also feature a 
40/20/40 folding backrest. To ensure comfort for all occupants, tri-zone climate 
control is included as standard, while GT trim adds window blinds for the second 
row and extends the eight-colour ambient lighting to the rear door panels. 
Electrified Powertrains 
The all-electric E-5008 comes with a 73kWh battery and a 210hp motor. DC fast 
charging allows for a 20%-80% recharge in 30 minutes. A 98kWh, 668 km range 
variant set to be released in early 2025. 
The 5008 Hybrid 136 e-DCS6 features the Peugeot Hybrid 48V system, which 
consists of a new-generation 136 hp petrol engine coupled with a dual-clutch six- 
speed gearbox that incorporates an electric motor. 

Thanks to a battery that recharges while driving, this technology offers extra torque 
at low revs and a reduction of up to 15% in fuel consumption (5.8 l/100 km in WLTP 
mixed cycle). In urban driving, the new 5008 Hybrid 136 e-DCS6 can operate up to 
50% of the time in 100% electric zero-emission mode. 
Allure and GT trim options 
Two trims are available on the new 5008, Allure and GT. 
The Allure version features seats finished in embossed fabric with ‘Quartz’ stitching 
and leather-effect trim. It also comes with;
