Prepare to sin. Guilt by association is a given and malicious intent is an accepted fact – welcome to Ford’s GT supercar, the all-new, carbon fibre, mid-mounted, rear-wheel drive, twin-turbo, 3.5 litre EcoBoost V6, with its 647bhp and 745Nm of torque, soon to be seen on a road near you.
Only fifty GT’s will be available in Europe each year, so only a few Irish eyes will fall on this exclusive elusive, which will be showcased at Ford events across Ireland throughout the year.
As might be expected, an exuberant Ford Ireland Chairman and Managing Director, Ciarán McMahon, commented on the arrival of the new GT in Ireland: “I am delighted to welcome this latest version of the renowned Ford GT to Ireland. It is truly a beautiful car that has a rich and celebrated legacy. It is at the pinnacle of design and technological development and it has proved itself as one of the best supercars in the world with podium finishes at many of the key racing events across the globe, including the 24 hour event at Le Mans”.
